        • First Sight:

When you enter in to Kesariya, you will get a feeling like you are entering a Shekawati haveli in older Rajasthan. The works of art, objects d’art and wooden jharokas all meet up to frame an enclave of a noble place situated in JP Nagar. The balcony is a good bright place with greenery on all sides and vintage-styled fans on the roof.

        • Food review:

The sentiment being dealt with like royal people goes on due to the silver cutlery, and the food lands in style. Like an all round led orchestra.

Amongst the delicacies served include dishes like Paneer Ghewar, Dal Baati-churma, Aloo Tikki, Sangar Ka Samosa, Chaas and many more. As far as vegetables are concerned, you get Dum Aloo, Bharwan Karela, Kesariya Baingan to name a few. Roti comprises of Phulka, Bajra Roti and Mooli ka Paratha. Rice dishes consist of veg biryani, steamed rice with dahi and so on…

Dessert food– Jalebi Rasmalai Sandwich and Anjeer Barfi

The silver thali is said to be a visual treat when completely stacked with the rich and healthy food.

        • Other than food:

Some artists are seen in the outside section comprising of the ‘Rustic Rajasthan’ festival to put on display arts like pottery making, henna designs, bangle making etc. One can also see the ghevar preparation process over here. It is the traditional Rajasthani sweet recipe made from floor, that tastes delicious.
